As the Design Lead, we redesigned the entire CBS Sports Product Experience on apps, desktop, mobile web, and OTT devices. Soup to nuts - including Home Page, Sports Pages, Articles, GameTrackers, Scoreboards, Stats, Personalization, Registration, OnBoarding, Navigation, and more. We listened to user feedback, user interviews, and A/B testing. We migrated the editorial team from an archaic CMS to a modern CMS for efficiency & cross-platform publishing. And we also worked on March Madness, The Masters, and Super Bowl 50, which became the most watched live-stream Super Bowl ever (2017 Update: 2nd most watched live-stream Super Bowl ever).
